Small rant ahead......


When did "uh-huh" and "yup" become appropriate responses to "Thank you"????

I'm so tired of saying thank you and hearing "uh-huh".  It makes me feel like I've put upon you - that you really didn't want to help, and you don't want to help in the future.

Where are your manners people????  When someone says thank you, they mean thank you for taking time out of your day to help me.  I appreciate it.


Uh-huh says to me you are replying "yeah, whatever.  I did what you wanted, but I'm busy. go away"

If I wanted that, I'd talk to a teenager.

Okay - told you it was a small rant.

I've never seen a 5 on 1 before....

get out of the GuTTER!

I'm talking about the hockey game the other night - the Jets had a 5 on 1 and scored against the Panthers.

Good game, lots of scoring, lots of yelling in our house.... ahhh. :)
